UDI RC Sierra 1/12 4WD Brushless Short Course Truck delivers an exciting combination of speed, power and off-road performance. With a 4WD drivetrain, brushless motor and durable short-course truck design, it’s built for thrilling driving on a variety of surfaces. Supplied as an RTR (Ready-to-Run) model, it’s ready to hit the track straight out of the box.
The UDIRC UD1203 Sierra is a high-performance 1/12 scale four-wheel-drive brushless short course truck engineered for enthusiasts who demand durability, serviceability, and speed in a compact platform. Combining race-inspired styling with a fully sealed drivetrain, all-metal transmission components, and quick-access maintenance features, the UD1203 delivers an exceptional driving experience on dirt, gravel, pavement and mixed terrain. At the heart of the Sierra is a powerful 2845-size 3800KV brushless motor paired with a programmable 45A brushless ESC capable of supporting both 2S and 3S LiPo batteries. This combination provides strong acceleration, impressive top-end speed and reliable power delivery while maintaining excellent efficiency and control. The UD1203 is designed with long-term durability in mind. Its transmission utilizes steel universal driveshafts, a steel centre shaft, and metal differential and transmission gears to withstand high-power brushless performance. A fully enclosed gearbox helps protect critical drivetrain components from dirt, dust, sand and debris, extending component life while reducing maintenance requirements. One of the Sierra’s standout innovations is its quick-release service design. The drivetrain cover, centre driveshaft assembly, differential units and body shell can all be removed rapidly without extensive disassembly. This significantly reduces maintenance time and allows racers and hobbyists to perform upgrades, repairs and tuning adjustments in seconds rather than hours. Handling performance is enhanced through adjustable aluminium oil-filled shocks, metal steering linkages, dual-ball steering knuckles and a digital metal-gear servo. These premium components provide precise steering response, consistent damping and tuneable suspension characteristics for a wide variety of driving conditions. Completing the package is a detailed scale-inspired body featuring an integrated roll cage structure, realistic cockpit details, flexible TPU fenders, and front LED headlights. The included full-function Hall sensor transmitter offers smooth and precise throttle and steering control, adjustable steering parameters, built-in gyro control, and selectable speed modes for drivers of all skill levels. The result is a rugged, race-ready short course truck that combines premium construction, modern electronics and user-friendly maintenance features in an affordable and highly capable platform.
